WELCOME TO GILBERT HIGH SCHOOL!
At Gilbert High School, we are dedicated to supporting Every Student, Every Day. Our staff currently serves over 540 students in grades 9-12, and our growing district seeks to offer outstanding programs and learning opportunities while maintaining a small-school culture.
Highly qualified educators, a wide variety of course offerings, and many school-sponsored clubs make GHS a great place for all students.
During the 2023-24 school year, GHS was recognized as the No. 1 high school in Iowa by the Iowa School Performance Profile, and it was the only high school in the state rated EXCEPTIONAL based on school climate, assessment scores, and college readiness. During that same school year, U.S. World News and World Report rated GHS as the No. 2 high school in Iowa.
Our students and staff are dedicated and determined, and they prove that on a daily basis. We are proud of our achievements and we will continue to strive for more. That is the GHS way.
